Nature Scapes is pleased to have been the sponsor and host for the kickoff 
of the Legacy Jazz Festival '08.

Uldis Lopez presented a trophy piece as a symbol of his committment to the arts.
"To meld the visual with the auditory was the goal"
His exhibits will be a part of the Nature Scapes experience
as he settles in to his new studio in-residence in the "potting shed"
at the Garden Center.

Guests enjoyed the music and food "Under the Oaks" .

The

North East Florida Jazz Association, Inc.,

a non-profit organization,

was established in January 1987

in Palm Coast, Florida,

with the primary purposes of nurturing

the growth of jazz and enhancing jazz,

one of the original art forms

of the Western world. 

NEFJA objectives are in harmony

with the objectives of the

American Federation of Jazz Societies

and the

International Association for Jazz Education.
